Couple Counselling

Relationship sessions are offered to couples who are seeking guidance with moving through and overcoming reoccurring issues that can create ongoing tension and potential separation. Group therapy is also available, this is a great way to work through emotional barriers by leaning on and being challenged by a supportive group of people who are going through similar issues.

Individual Counselling

One on one counselling sessions are designed to work with the individual’s stagnant core belief systems where we then guide them to a better understanding of themselves, improved mental health and a greater sense of control over their life.
