Shihan Matthew Weygood
Matthew is Wisdom For Life Consultant & Coach, Mentor and Sensei. He has been studying the Ancient Spiritual Martial Art of Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu (the guiding principles of nature or human law) for the past 15 years and is now a Shihan (master instructor) of the art. Matthew runs his own consulting business and dojo in Melbourne and also teaches the art nationally and internationally.
Matthew’s story begins with 8 years in experience in personal/life coaching and consulting working with a variety of clients from unemployed to high end corporate. Added to this Matthew also undertook 8 years of intense tutelage under his key life mentor and Sensei, Darren M. Horvath. In 2009 Matthew decided it was time to leave the comfort of his home town and moved to Melbourne, Australia to take his life to the next level and start his own businesses and begin his own SATORI (enlightenment) journey.
Over the past 7 years in Melbourne Matthew has been involved in setting up a variety of new businesses including Wisdom for Life, Cenegenics Australia, Australian Anti-Aging Corporation, and EWOT Australia as a well as a dojo to continue his studies in the Spiritual Martial Arts.
During this time Matthew has been using the universal principles of the Spiritual Martial Arts and his studies in Sports Kinesiology and Personal Training to mentor and coach individuals and groups to learn about and take control of themselves at all levels (Physically, Mentally, Emotionally and Spiritually) to transcend and take their lives to the next level.
For his own studies and continual development Matthew travels to Japan multiple times per year to receive the direct transmission from Grandmaster Masaaki Hatsumi, and his long time Sensei, Yushu Shihan Darren Horvath. Matthew also travels to various locations around the world to study, train and learn about different cultures so he can further improve his understanding of how humans and nature work.
Matthew continues to work on himself to rid old habits and belief systems that hinder the access to the natural flow of the divine (nature, universe) to continue to become the best version of Matthew possible. Through doing this he is able to lead by example and effect his clients, colleagues, students and other life members if a positive and productive way.
